Whether you buy a bull or lease a bull, Hi-Prime cattle is interested in buying back your calf crop.

We understand the higher value of half-blood calves and will pay you a premium above the market price for your feeder calves. You are not required to sell us your calf crop, however we would certainly appreciate the opportunity to bid on your calves. We pay premiums of $.20 - $.35 depending on your cow herd. Good black and red Angus reap higher premiums. Texas Longhorns, not so much.

• Calves are purchased FOB your ranch so you pay no freight costs
• Calves must be all natural (non-hormone treated)
• No DNA testing is required (unless the neighbor's bull came to visit)
• You may retain a percentage of ownership in your calf crop (see Feeder Program)
