BULL LEASING PROGRAM

 Unlike many other operations, we lease our premium stock bulls. Every year we hold back approximately 50% of our bulls for leasing to our co-producers. Our current lease is $2,000 for a breeding season, with a limit of 2 seasons after which the bull will be purchased. Our lease program creates a ‘try before your buy’ program for producers that want to enter the Wagyu/Akaushi market with a minimal investment.

Want to purchase your bull? Great! You can purchase your leased bull(s) within the same season and we will even apply your lease payment towards the purchase price of that bull. 

Under our lease program, bulls are fully insured for injury and impotence. At the end of the breeding season, bulls are returned to us after a negative trich test.
